Thank you for reaching out. Introducing yourself to a possible coach is an impressive thing to do. I will receive all messages from this form.  The internet being what it is these days, this is the safest set up. Your introduction helps me to know if I have something to offer you, so be honest and we will take it from there. These are confidential communications, but don't include anything that you wouldn't send in an email (eg. no personal medical details), because the form/email system is not specially encrypted.  An honest, general introduction will do it! 

Other than the marked fields (which are required for the form to work) you can just answer the questions that you want to. These are routine questions that could help Panthea understand your situation and if she might be a good coach for you, and if she is currently offering a service that could help you. We cannot promise an immediate response, but she will read your message. If you haven’t heard back in 3 months, feel free to check in.
